           Terms And Conditions:

• I , the undersigned, in consideration of my participation as a contributor to Wipro Limited (“Wipro”) agree to assign and I do hereby assign to Wipro, all contributions in the form of improvements, discoveries, designs, concepts, inventions, formulas, ideas, processes, techniques, know-how and data, whether or not patentable, as well as any copyrightable material made or conceived or reduced to practice or learned by me, either alone or jointly with others.
• I agree without charge to Wipro, but at its expense, to execute, acknowledge and deliver all such papers, including applications for patent, applications for copyright and assignments thereof, as Wipro may request and at all times to assist Wipro in every proper way to patent or register said ideas, concepts, inventions, discoveries, improvements, copyrightable material in any and all countries and to vest title thereto in Wipro, its successors, assigns or nominees.
• Wipro’s trademarks, service marks and trade names are valuable assets. In using these marks, you help us protect our valuable trademark rights and strengthen our corporate and brand identities. By using an Wipro trademark, in whole or in part, you are acknowledging that Wipro is the sole owner of the trademark and promising that you will not interfere with Wipro’s rights in the trademark, including challenging Wipro’s use, registration of, or application to register such trademark, alone or in combination with other words, anywhere in the world, and that you will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any Wipro trademark. The goodwill derived from using any part of Wipro trademark exclusively inures to the benefit of and belongs to Wipro. Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these terms and conditions, no other rights of any kind are granted hereunder, by implication or otherwise.

Rules

1. The slogan must not be copied from anywhere else.
2. Only one entry per participant allowed.
3. Kindly use the hashtag #ManofWords while posting the slogan.
4. Copyrighted or trademarked content must not be used.
5. The slogans should be less than 180 characters long.
6. Any submission after the submission date will not be entered into the competition.
7. The slogans also have to be posted on our Facebook and/or Twitter page for the submission to be valid.
8. The Top slogans will be selected on the basis of two conditions
   1. Evaluation by our team(80 % Weightage)
   2. Number of likes on the Facebook page/Twitter Post (20% Weightage)
9. Last day to submit your slogan: 18^th June, 2016
